Add your domain in the dashboard, update your DNS with the CNAME record we provide, and wait for verification. Full guide in our Help Center.

Go to your workspace settings, select Retargeting, and paste your pixel IDs. Pixels can be applied per link or globally. Full guide in our Help Center.

Go to Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Check that the destination URL is valid and the link hasn't been paused. If you're on the free plan and hit your click limit, links pause until the next month. Contact us if the issue persists.
