What Gets Tracked
The Activity Log captures every meaningful action in your workspace. Each entry shows the team member who acted, a description of what happened, and a timestamp.

| Category | Actions Recorded |
|---|---|
| Links | Created, edited, deleted |
| QR Codes | Created, edited, deleted |
| Team | Member invited, member removed |
| Login | Workspace login events |
| Billing | Plan upgraded, plan downgraded, payment method changed |
| Workspace | Settings changed (name, logo, default domain) |
Every entry includes three pieces of information:
- Who — the team member who performed the action
- What — a plain-language description of the action
- When — the exact date and time (shown in your local timezone)
How to Access the Activity Log
The Activity Log lives in your workspace settings. You need Admin access to view it.

- Go to Settings → Activity Log
- The log loads with the most recent actions at the top
The log shows all workspace activity — not just your own actions. If you manage a large team, you’ll see actions from every member in one place.
Filtering and Searching
The Activity Log includes filters so you can zero in on exactly what you need.

Filter by date range Click the date picker and choose a preset (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or enter a custom start and end date.
Filter by team member Open the User dropdown and select a specific member. The log then shows only actions taken by that person.
Filter by action type Open the Action dropdown and choose a category — links, QR codes, team events, billing, or login. You can combine this with the user or date filter.
To clear all filters and see the full log, click Reset Filters.
Exporting the Log
You can download the Activity Log as a CSV file. Use this for compliance, reporting, or sharing with stakeholders.

Walk through every step below with the screenshots to follow along at your own pace.
Step 1: Navigate to the Activity Log
Go to Settings → Activity Log from your workspace sidebar. Only Admins can see this menu item — if it is missing, your account does not have Admin access or your plan does not include the Activity Log.
📸 Screenshot: The Settings sidebar with “Activity Log” highlighted in the navigation list, showing the item is selected and the Activity Log page is loading on the right.
Step 2: Review the Full Activity Feed
The log loads with the most recent actions at the top. Each entry shows the team member’s name, a plain-language description of the action they took, and a timestamp in your local timezone.
📸 Screenshot: The Activity Log list view displaying several entries — each row showing an actor name on the left, an action description in the center (e.g., “Created link campaign-summer-2025”), and a timestamp on the right.
Step 3: Filter by Date Range
Click the date picker at the top of the log and choose a preset range (Last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or enter a custom start and end date. The log refreshes instantly to show only activity within that window.
📸 Screenshot: The date picker dropdown open at the top of the Activity Log page, with preset options visible (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days) and a custom date range calendar shown below them.
Step 4: Filter by Team Member or Action Type
Open the User dropdown to scope the log to a single team member’s actions. Open the Action dropdown to filter by category — links, QR codes, team events, billing, or login. Combine both filters to pinpoint exactly what you need.
📸 Screenshot: The filter panel showing the User dropdown open with a list of team members to choose from, and the Action dropdown visible alongside it with category options (Links, QR Codes, Team, Billing, Login).
Step 5: Export the Filtered Log as CSV
