Create Trackable QR Codes
Brevr lets you create QR codes that are dynamic, branded, and fully trackable — all from your dashboard. Every QR code is tied to a short link, so you get scan analytics alongside your click data.

Dynamic QR Codes — What It Means
A dynamic QR code never changes its visual appearance. What changes is the destination URL behind it. When someone scans the code, Brevr’s redirect infrastructure looks up the current destination and sends them there.
This matters for physical print. You can print QR codes on product packaging today and update the destination to your latest campaign page next quarter — no reprint needed. The code on the box stays the same; only the destination in your Brevr dashboard changes.
Download Formats
Choose the right format based on how you plan to use the QR code.
| Format | Best For | Quality |
|---|---|---|
| PNG | Social media, email, presentations | Fixed resolution — 2048 × 2048 px |
| SVG | Print, billboards, packaging | Scales to any size without quality loss |
For any physical print — packaging, signage, business cards — always download SVG.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit a QR code after creating it?
You can update the destination URL of any QR code at any time — that is what makes it dynamic. To change the visual style (colors or dot pattern), create a new QR code and replace the old one.
Does a QR code still work if I delete the linked short link?
No. Deleting the short link behind a QR code breaks the redirect. Anyone who scans the code will get an error. If you want to stop using a destination, update it to a new URL rather than deleting the link.
Can I use a QR code with my own custom domain?
Yes. If you have a custom domain connected to your workspace, the short link behind the QR code will use that domain. Set your custom domain as the default domain in Settings → General and all new QR codes will use it automatically.
Is there a minimum size for printing QR codes?
Print your QR codes at a minimum of 2 cm × 2 cm for reliable scanning on most devices. Always download as SVG for print so the code scales cleanly at any size.
What happens when I hit my monthly QR code limit?
You cannot create new QR codes until the start of your next billing cycle. Existing QR codes continue to work and track scans normally — only creation is paused. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited QR code creation.
